5 Days Hanoi Halong Hoa Luu Tam Coc
Introduction -
Tam Coc
means three caves, which takes about two hours driving from Hanoi (110
km) to the South, and visitors may say that distance is not a matter
after seating in a boat rowed by one or two local persons in Hoang Long
river and see the first limestone mountains, which will run along their
riverway for several kilometers.
Day 1 HANOI (L,D)
Hanoi West Lake
Arrival
at Noi Bai airport. Meet your guide and proceed to short city tour -
NgocSon temple and HoanKiem Lake; HoChiMinh complex : Ho Chi Minh
museum, Ho Chi Minh mausoleum; One pillar pagoda; West Lake and TranQuoc
Pagoda, lunch, transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.
Dinner. Enjoy water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 2 HANOI - HA LONG (B, L, D)

in hotel, We transfer overland to Halong Bay, northeast of Hanoi and
enter into the Red River Delta, rich with rural beauty and picturesque
rice-farming villages. Once reaching Halong Bay, We board the wooden
junk and set sail for a leisure cruise of Halong Bay. Ha long -
proclaimed as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO, a mystical landscape
of turquoise water sprinkled thousands of jagged limestone islands and
hidden caves, passing by Ga Choi Island, Dinh Huong Island, Dog Island,
Sail Island, and even visit THIEN CUNG & DAUGO Caves. Lunch served
on-board while viewing the islands. Keep cruising. Dinner and overnight
Halong Bay onboard Junk boat or check in hotel in overland.

Day 3 HA LONG - HANOI (B, L, D)

Keep cruising around the bay. Back to Halong bay harbour. Lunch at the
restaurant. Back to Hanoi. Check in hotel. Free time for shopping and
dinner. Overnight in Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 4 HANOI - HOA LUU - TAM COC (B,L,D)

in Hotel, proceed to NinhBinh , enjoying the rural scenery of the
country side and rice paddies along the road. Visit Hoa Lu old citadel.
Lunch at local restaurant. Take the rowing boat along the tiny canal
among the rice fields to visit Tam Coc (Three Grottoes). It is often
labelled "The Halong Bay of the rice paddies," or "Halong Bay on Land"
in reference to similiar karst formations that rise out of the South
China Sea at the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Halong Bay. The name Tam
Coc means "Three Caves." As you are rowed down the Ngo Dong River by the
famous leg rowers of Tam Coc, you pass through three enormous caves
that provide a brief respite from the intense summer sun. It takes
approximately three hours to go up and down the river and along the way,
you witness local fisherfolk, village life along the river and, of
course, the striking limestone karst formations that Tam Coc is famous
for. After proceed back to Hanoi, Dinner. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 5 DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast in Hotel, Free till check out time and proceed to Noi Bai Airport for flight back home.
